Reservations Overview

It's better to book your reservation at least 48 hours to a week in advance, to make sure we will be available.

Our upcoming known busy times are 11/16 - 11/25, 12/13 - 12/16, and 1/12 & 1/13. If you travel during these times, please get your request in early to secure your reservation.

Departures:
We plan to have you at the airport 90 minutes before your scheduled departure time, unless you specify otherwise.

Arrivals:
If you're arriving, we plan to pick you up 20 to 30 minutes after your arrival time so that you have time to get your luggage. We realize this time can become flexible beyond your control. If you let us know that you don't have checked bags, we will be there sooner.

We plan on being there when your plane lands in any case, although we may be waiting in a place other than curbside, depending on the airport.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your reservation at any time by email at 'request@homeportshuttle.com' or phone at 319-247-2472.

  • Should you cancel your reservation with more than a 24-hour notice, your card will not be charged.
  • If you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, your card will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. (Please try not to let this happen)
  • If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full reservation amount.
  • More detailed information can be found in the Service Agreement.

    • When we confirm your reservation, we will arrange the Pick-Up Time. The 24-hour notice will pertain to the 24 hours prior to your Pick-Up Time.

    You may use another card or cash when we pick you up for your reservation.


    Confirming Your Reservation:
    To confirm that your reservation is booked, you can either include the credit card information with your online reservation form here, or call us at 319-247-2472 to make or confirm a reservation.

    Once we have confirmed your reservation, you will receive an email with your reservation details.

    If we are unable to fulfill your reservation for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

    Submitting a reservation request with less than a 24-hour notice, providing we are able to confirm it, will incur an additional $20 surcharge. If you are in this position please submit the reservation, and also call us at 319-247-2472 or 319-551-9346 to expedite your confirmation.

    By submitting a reservation request, you are agreeing to the Service Agreement.
